SURREY — Homicide investigators are investigating a murder in Port Kells.
A man’s body was found inside a vehicle, parked in the 18900-block of 92nd Avenue, at about 9 a.m. Tuesday.
“We are in the early stages and although the cause of death will have to be confirmed through autopsy we can say that this incident does not appear to be a random act,†said Cpl. Dominic Duchesneau, of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team.
“Our priority at this point is the confirm the victim’s identity and notify his family.â€
