A man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a truck in North Delta on the weekend.
On Saturday, just before 7 p.m., 42-year-old James Alan McCauley was heading eastbound on Kittson Parkway near McKenzie Drive, when a truck pulled out in front of him.
McCauley suffered significant head injuries and was taken to hospital, where he died.
Delta Police could not say at this time whether speed, alcohol or drugs were contributing factors in the crash.
The police investigation is ongoing.
