Surrey man charged after he allegedly pulls down woman’s pants

26-year-old also accused of exposing himself in New Westminster

A 26-year-old Surrey man has been charged in connection with two sexual-related offences in New Westminster.

On the evening of March 17, a woman was standing at a bus stop on Howes Street when a man walked up behind her and pulled her pants down.

Thirty minutes later in the same area, the same man approached a woman who was in her vehicle, pulled his own pants down and exposed himself before she drove away.

Kyle Boyco has been charged with assault, sexual assault and committing an indecent act. He remains in custody.
