Surrey RCMP is asking for public help in finding a man with a distinguishing tattoo on his neck.
Erin Norman, 21, is wanted on four outstanding warrants, including two breaches of recognizance and for possession of stolen property and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.
All four warrants stem from 2014 investigations.
Norman is described as an aboriginal male, 5'10", 170 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in Surrey. He has a tattoo of the word "MOB" on the right side of his neck.
Police are interested in any information related to the Surrey man's whereabouts.
Mounties believe he represents a threat to the safety of the public and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Members of the public are asked not to approach him, but to call 911 if they see him.
