SURREY — For the second time in as many weeks, hundreds of parents and students converged upon Holland Park in Whalley to protest the continued delay of the school year's start.
Upset with the children being the ones to suffer from the dispute, the parents were upset with both sides in allowing children to be out of the classroom for this long.
