A 21-year-old Langley man suffered what were described as minor injuries when he was struck by an RCMP patrol vehicle just after midnight Friday in Surrey.It happened around 12:10am, when an unmarked police vehicle was traveling west bound on 104 Avenue approaching 154t Street.RCMP said the vehicle was moving at normal patrol speeds on a green light when it made a left hand turn to travel south bound on 154 Street and struck a pedestrian who was walking east along 104 Avenue crossing 154 Street in a marked crosswalk. The 21 year old male pedestrian from Langley was taken to hospital and treated for what turned out to be minor injuries and released.
