Two men stabbed in Surrey house fight

SURREY — Three men were taken to hospital — two with stab wounds — after Surrey Mounties responded to calls about a fight in progress at a house in Whalley this afternoon.

Police were called to 10458-138A St. just after 1 p.m. Wednesday to find two men suffering from stab wounds that weren’t believed to be life threatening. A third man was also taken to hospital, to be treated for shock.

Their names have not been released.

Surrey RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet said the house is a “well-known location” to police and it was “certainly not a random stabbing or random attack.”

He said police are still trying to establish who stabbed whom. “Too early to say at this point.”
