Surrey RCMP are looking for federal convict Bryan Travis Kelly

SURREY — Surrey Mounties say a "dangerous" convict who they allege breached a bail order following his recent release from a federal prison has been arrested in Vancouver.

Bryan Travis Kelly, 24, served a two-year sentence for robbery, assaulting a peace officer and breaching a probation order.

'Kelly was released under strict conditions and is alleged to have breached those conditions already," Corporal Scotty Schumann said. A warrant was issued for Kelly's arrest.

Police described Kelly as "dangerous" and advised the public to not approach him but to call 911 to report his whereabouts.

He was arrested Thursday afternoon in Vancouver, by the Vancouver Police.
