A hot air balloon made a surprise landing on the Brookswood Secondary School playing field at 20902 37a Ave. Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m.
It appears the balloon clipped a tree before it touched down and the fabric became tangled in a light standard.
There were six people and a pilot on board.
None appeared to be injured.
