Burnaby RCMP arrested three people less than 24 hours after a man was shot at Royal Oak SkyTrain station during Tuesday afternoon's rush hour. A 22-year-old Surrey man is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries after what police are calling a "targeted shooting."

Man dead after shots fired in Crescent Beach
A young man is dead following an exchange of gunfire with police in Crescent Beach Wednesday. Sgt. Peter Thiessen said three officers were responding to a 911 call to McBride Avenue when they were confronted by an adult male and shots were fired.
