Purpose of Bylaw and Development Variance Permit : The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject site shown shaded in grey on the location map from One-Acre Residential Zone to Single Family Residential (13) Zone in order to allow subdivision into four single family lots and one lot to be conveyed to the City for conservation purposes.
In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum setback distance for a Class A (red-coded) watercourse from 30 metres to 20 metres.
