Purpose of Bylaw: The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject site shown shaded in grey on the location map to from Light Impact Industrial Zone (IL) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) in order to develop a multi-tenant industrial building with accessory offices and commercial uses, for a total floor area of 13,792 square metres.
