Public Notice: Notice of Disposal of Abandoned Property Left by Former Residential Tenant

Pursuant to s. 27 of the Residential Tenancy Regulation, BC Reg 477/2003, the Landlord hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of property left abandoned by its former tenant. The details of this disposal are:

2. Address of the residential property: 13267 112B Avenue, Surrey, BC V3R 2H4
3. Name of landlord: 0924203 B.C. Ltd. doing business as Phoenix Homes
4. Address of landlord: Unit 107 - 10168 139 Street, Surrey, BC V3T 0P3
5. Description of property to be disposed of:

a. “Vanguard” beige canopy with a Serial Number: #80416-47;

b. “Starcraft” beige tent trailer with VIN: #29ACJ11FOH4C00049;

c. “Komfort XL” beige trailer with VIN: #1K52KTL28J1010202; and

d. Jeep Cherokee, green SUV with VIN: # 1J4925851RC357233

The landlord will dispose of the property noted above after 30 days of the notice being posted in this newspaper, unless the person being notified takes the items, or establishes a right to the items, or makes a dispute resolution application with the Residential Tenancy Branch, or makes an application in Supreme Court to establish their rights to the items.
