Whereas Dwayne Hommy is indebted to Monaro Marine Ltd., for repairs completed on a 2009 Monaro 255, Serial: ZQPOM512J809, located at 6435 River Road, Delta, BC, V4K 5B9. There is presently an amount due and owing of $26,303.08 plus any additional costs of sale. Notice is hereby given that on February 27, 2025 or thereafter, the said mentioned unit will be processed for sale at Monaro Marine Ltd. under the Repairers Lien Act.
