Purpose of Bylaw:
To amend Streamside Protection to require all watercourse setbacks to meet Provincially and Federally legislated requirements and changes to the Sensitive Ecosystems Development Permit (SEDP) requirements to streamline development application review timelines, as described in Corporate Report R155.
