ALLEN (Oxenham), Ada Evelyn
Evelyn passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on June 9, 2017. Predeceased by her husband, Art, in 2003; daughter, Pauline, in 1964; son, Jim, in May 2017 and granddaughter, Michelle, in 2016. Art and Evelyn lived all their 63 years of married life in Port Kells (Surrey), B.C. As mom said “Home is where the Art is” She is survived by 3 daughters (Linda, Jeanette, Nancy); 7 grand children; 14 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Special thank you to niece, Tandy, who faithfully sent weekly notes and upbeat messages to mom for years. A special thank you to the care givers at the Residence at Clayton Heights in Surrey who took such loving and wonderful care of mom since 2012.
