Alfred Marten Andreasson Ness
Born March 1, 1923, Bergen Norway, landed immigrant to Canada - 1926. Raised in the Lower Mainland since 1928. Surrey, BC being his homestead. Ness Road now known as 139A St., where he subdivided lots in the early 1950's. Passed away quietly in his sleep on August 25, 2008. Predeceased by his wife Juanita "June" Odiorne Ness & sister Lillian Lawson. Surviving family, sister Solveig Cindric, daughter Millicent June Nelmes & husband Douglas, grandson Christopher & wife Alane Nelmes, 2 great grandsons Carter & Ewan, granddaughter Karen Nelmes.
