SETALA, Anne Mary
August 20, 1935 - July 18, 2010
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anne Setala. Surrounded by her family, she passed away on July 18, 2010 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Anne is predeceased by her son Randy Maki (2010) and her husbands Ilmer Setala (1990) and Thomas Maki (1962). She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Lyon and Tami Setala, two sons, Brad Maki and Warren Maki, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. After retiring from Canada Post Corp. Anne travelled extensively and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful nurses and staff at Laurel Place Hospice.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held for Anne on Friday, August 20, 2010, 12:00-2:00p.m. at 17695 58th Avenue, Cloverdale, B.C. In lieu of flowers please donate to the B.C. Cancer Society.
