WESTON, Barbara (Barb) 2 November 1923 (Levin, NZ) - 2 September 2013 (White Rock). Barb passed away peacefully aged 89 years from pancreatic cancer in Peace Arch Hospice Care. She will be dearly missed by her husband Guy Weston, children Kay (Elmer), and Rick (Bernadette), grandchildren Brett (Tina), Alenna and Joshua and great-grandchildren Mary and Jessi and her in-laws and extended families in Canada, New Zealand and Japan. Remembered fondly as a woman who was vivacious, supportive and loving to her family and friends. Her contribution to the local White Rock community for over 60 years includes the White Rock Players' Club, White Rock Hospice Society, Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary Superfluity Shop and St. Lukes Anglican Church. Enjoyed world travels, sailing and extended cruising in the Gulf Islands. A service for Barb is yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada research or a charity of your own choosing.
