WOOD, Catherine (Kay) Barnett
Catherine (Kay) Barnett Wood (nee Mailer) passed away peacefully on
August 7, 2008 at the Surrey Memorial Hospital. She was born May 7, 1919 in Montreal. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Denis and her brother Wellington. She is survived by her daughter, Melody, her son, Barry and sister Margaret Sharps and grandchildren Shaun, Wayne and Glen Wood and Tina Blaga and great grandson, Nicholas Blaga and nephew David Sharps (Carolyn) and great niece Rowena Sharps. A memorial service will be held at Columbia Bowell
Funeral Chapel, 219-6th Street, New Westminster, BC. on Saturday, August 16, 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's
Society of Canada.
