It is with great sadness the family of Daniel Robert Simmons announces his passing on August 16, 2021.
He is survived by his wife Wendy, his mother Kathleen, children Benjamin, Janine and grandson Lucas, his sister Beverly, brothers William and James. He also leaves behind extended family, friends, former colleagues and his neighborhood in Whalley which he's lived in for over 43 years.
Dan was a machine programmer with TCS in Langley. Dan enjoyed walking his dog Thunder at parks and on the Dyke in Richmond.
A private family service will be held in September in Abbotsford.
