Born in Vancouver on October 5th, 1928 passed away peacefully on March 20, 2020 in White Rock, BC.
Known for his easygoing personality and giant smile, Doug was well loved by family and friends. Family holidays, at Birch Bay, golf tournaments, his fellowship with the Sons of Scotland, the cabin at Harrison and his love of woodworking are fond memories for his family. His was a life well lived.
Doug is predeceased by his wife Martha, son Steven (Marlene) and daughter Jean (Ken). He is survived by his daughter Sharen, and granddaughters Stephanie (Andre) and Kimberly. As the Irish would say, Slan Leat.
