GLEN ADAM PAUL SHIMARO
1978 - 2005
It is with great sadness we announce that Glen Shimaro passed away suddenly June 17, 2005. Glen was born Aug. 2 1978 in Winnipeg. He moved to Surrey at the age of two and graduated from Johnston Heights Secondary.
Glen is survived by his mother Lucy, sister Alisha, who he loved very much, Uncle Gary & Aunt Diane, and his cousins Shawn, Sheri and Perry, who was not only his best friend but was thought of like a brother. He is also survived by Uncles Bob, Sam, Jim, Aunt Sony and Grandmother Star Harris and many more cousins from Winnipeg. Glen enjoyed his career as a mechanic and was especially fond of camping,
playing hockey and many other sports. He was known for his great sense of humour and was always telling jokes or stories to make others laugh. He will be especially remembered by family and friends for his distinctive laugh, which was sure to bring a smile to those around him.
Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at New Life Assembly, 8868 128 St., Surrey on Saturday, June 25, at 1:00.pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Glen's honour to The Weekend to End Breast Cancer(Team Breast Patrol).
