BAILEY; Helen Mary (nee: Berry). With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our Mom on March 9, 2010 in Surrey, BC. Helen was born on October 1, 1922 in Birtle, Manitoba and had been a proud Surreyite for over 50 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Lela, Dennis, Marilyn, Byron and their spouses as well as her grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous friends and relatives in all parts of the world. She was predeceased by her husband, Red in 1980 and grandson, Craig in 2003.
Service of Remembrance will be held at the Valley View Funeral Home, 14660 72nd Ave. Surrey on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Reception will follow in the Valley View Reception Lounge. Cremation entrusted to Valley View Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Children's Hospital, Mom's favorite charity, would be appreciated. Mom loved her family and friends. Thank you to each and every one.
