Jessiman – Isobel Joyce Born May 28, 1932 in Winnipeg passed away peacefully after a brief illness on January 20, 2005. Isobel will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Isobel will be forever loved by those she leaves behind to keep her memory alive. Isobel was predeceased by her brother George, her daughter Cheryl, and her mother, Isabella and father, George. Isobel’s children Heather (Ted), Beverly (Doug), Darlene (Terry), Duncan (Jackie), Stewart, her grandchildren Miranda (Kevin), Jennifer (Ryan), Michelle, Chantelle, Jordan, Kylie, Kurtis, Keanan, Cassandra, Brendan, Brittnie and her great granddaughter, Mackenzie, her sister Lily (Len) of Toronto, and her nieces and nephews Ken (Sue), George (Mary), Keith and Karen (Dave) and their children will cherish the love and memories that they share. Isobel also leaves behind her many friends and co-workers at the North Delta Recreation Centre where she worked for 24 years. Isobel was devoted to her family and supportive in all of our interests. She loved the time at the ball parks cheering us on and keeping score and was a great hockey mom! A celebration of mom’s life will be held on January 26th at 2pm at Valley View Memorial Gardens 14644 – 72 Ave, Surrey. In lieu of flowers a donation in Isobel’s memory to charity is appreciated.
