Jiwan Singh Panesar passed away suddenly on May 24 surrounded by his loving family. He was 74. Mr. Panesar was born in Hardaspur, Punjab and came to Canada in his 20’s. He enjoyed gardening and travelling to his home in the Punjab.
He is survived by his loving wife, Naranjan Kaur, his four children, Jaspal, Amarjit, Jasbir and Sukhbinder, her spouse Rajesh, one grandson, Neeraj. He will be missed by his family and friends.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, May 31, 2008.
