On November 3rd, 2009 at the age of 62, Ken fell asleep peacefully in his home and passed into the presence of the Lord. He is survived by his wife Linda, three sons and their wives; Jonathan & Janet, Matthew & Tessa and Andrew & Mayra; and his siblings Pat, Lance and Karen. He will be greatly missed by his 5 grandchildren; Joshua, Silas, Isabella, Elany, and Hanna Joy whom he loved with all his heart. Ken was most known for his devotion to God. He served his Creator in every aspect of his life - in his family, in his business and in his ministry. For him there was never a separation. Many people came to faith in God through his ministry and life. He viewed all men equal - from the CEO of a company to the person living on the street, he welcomed them all into his home and loved them all the same.
He will be deeply missed, yet we give praise to God for Ken. We rejoice that through Jesus we have salvation from the grave, and one day we will meet him again. A funeral service was held on Saturday, Nov 14, at the North Langley Community Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army Belkin House, at:

Ken was involved with this ministry that works with hurting people and helps them transition back into the community.
