KJERSEM, Leif Lorents Larsen. Sept. 7, 1931 - Aug. 26, 2013. We sadly announce the passing of Leif Kjersem, born in New Westminster, BC. Predeceased by his parents Hans and Caroline in 1967 and his only brother Harry. Survived by children Jeff (Carmel), Jan (Ron), Betsy (Bill) and Tom, five grandchildren and one great granddaughter from his first marriage and daughter Angela (Rob) and her family from his second. Dad was a gifted shipwright and his passion was wooden boats. He was renowned in both Queensborough and the Annieville Slough for his skilled craftsmanship. He enjoyed winter sports with his children in their early years. No service by request. Rest in peace Dad.
