Louie Spiessl

It is with saddened hearts that the family of Louie Spiessl, inform you of his sudden passing on Thursday August 2, 2018.

Louie was predeceased by his loving wife Vera, by his son David and daughter Barbara and 2 babies that died at birth. More recently Louie lost his son Glen (Dec 7 /17) and his younger sister Elizabeth of Stanwood WA (May 18/18).

Louie is survived by his loving and doting daughter Abellina Urquahart and son in law Michael. Also by his grandson, Nicholas Morton and wife Nicole and granddaughter Korranda Morton. Louie also had 7 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Julian-Jaxon, David-Jaxon, Tyler, Abbelinna, Nikayla and Tristan.

Louie will be remembered for being an avid gardener and could do anything he put his mind to. Louie was also known for his kindness and generosity. His charm, quick wit and effervescent smile will not be forgotten. He was well known for quoting one of his favorite Bible scriptures at Romans 12:18 "If possible, as far as it depends on you, be peaceable with all men."

We would like to thank friends and neighbors for their thoughtful caring throughout the years.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Sunshine Hills Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for their constant love and support.

The family though would like to invite you to a Celebration of Life at 10624 Santa Monica Drive, Delta. An open house will be held from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm on Saturday September 22, 2018. We hope that you can stop by so that we can share some fond memories that we have of Louie.
