EASTMAN, Patricia Janet
August 12, 1951 - September 7, 2016
Patty was an angel on Earth and now she has joined her husband Rick up above. Patty passed away at 10:50 p.m. on September 7th 2016. She is survived by her daughter Sheena, grandson Evan, son Kevan & family, sister Lynda (Paul) & family, brother Billy (Linda) & family, and her amazing Eastman family, that showed their undying love throughout Patty's life.
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Laurel Place Hospice and the amazing doctors and nurses that cared for Patty and Rick at Surrey Memorial palliative care.
Patty was a social butterfly with many amazing friends. Thanks to all of you for all of your love and support.
A celebration of life for Patty will be held at Northwood United Church 8855 156th Street, Surrey BC on
September 16th 2016 at 11:30 am Reception to follow.
