FRANCIS; PHYLLIS ``PHYL'' passed away peacefully on November 12, 2007 at the age of 96 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Captain John in 2001. Phyllis is survived by her children Gary (Leslie), Darlene (Harold), Pamela; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Prayers and visitation were held on Monday, November 19, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Valley View Funeral Home, 14660 - 72 Avenue, Surrey, BC. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 16079 - 88 Avenue, Surrey, BC. Interment followed in Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, BC. Reception followed in the Valley View Reception Lounge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Fleetwood Place, 16011-83 Avenue, Surrey, BC in memory of Phyllis.
