Robert C. Edwards (Bob) passed away peacefully on September 15, 2016 due to a lengthy & valiant battle with pneumonia. He will be dearly missed by family & friends. He is survived by his sister Darlene Gibson and his five children, Deborah, Tom, Dave, Dan & Chris & 8 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild.
Bob was born in Saskatchewan but lived most of his life in the Lower Mainland. He began his career as a truck driver then had a successful career in real estate. Bob was a great lover of life & enjoyed travelling, & was an avid fan of Manchester United soccer club. He enjoyed dancing (frequently to his favourite band, The Bobcats) & socializing too. He will be remembered for his keen wit, great sense of humour & love of a good joke.
There will be a Celebration of Life from 1-4pm on Thursday, September 29th at Legion No. 8, 2290 - 152 St., Surrey. Drop by to talk with friends & family to share a memory or story about Bob. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to your favourite charity.
