GEISLER, Robert Kenneth (Ken)
August 27, 1930 – April 26, 2017
Ken passed away with his daughters, Kathryn and Julie by his side April 26, 2017. Ken was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 27, 1930 to parents Albert and Katherine Geisler; he was the youngest of their eight children. Predeceased by his wife, Marjorie; daughter Loren; and brothers, Harry, Albert, and sisters; Bernice, Marge and Blanch. Survived by his daughters, Kathryn, Julie and granddaughter Jaime; brother Howard and sister Ruth. Ken loved his family who were the focus of his life; he had a special relationship with his one and only grandchild Jaime, who lovingly called him Bubba. He had a passion for sports which included curling, tennis and a huge love for baseball which he continued to play into his 80’s. Ken will always be remembered as a kind and gentle person with a quick wit who loved life. He will be in our hearts now, forever and dearly missed by all.
