DACK, Shirley
We sadly announce the passing our mother on August 19, 2016, at the age of 81. Her last days were surrounded with the care and comfort of her family. She is predeceased by her loving and caring husband, Barry in 2012. Shirley will be remembered in the hearts of her children Cathy, Art (Marie), David (Stacey) and Roger; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 17th at 1pm at the Avalon Funeral Home at 13288 - 108 Avenue in Surrey. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to the ALS Society of B.C.
