MANUCK, Steve - Born June 13, 1920 in Nemce, Slovakia and passed away on January 18, 2008 at Surrey, B.C. He is predeceased by his parents, Steven and Ann Manuck, his brother Vincent, his first wife, Mary, in 1983 and his second wife, Mary Bodnarchuk, in 2006.
He will be remembered by his children, Stanley (Elizabeth Day) of Surrey, B.C., Victoria Brevik (Norm) of Westbank, B.C. and Lenoria Shuster (Wayne Clayton) of Surrey, B.C. his brother, Joseph Manuck (Terry), of Salt Spring Island, B.C. and sister-in-law, Rosie Bodnar (Andy), of Agassiz, B.C. his grandchildren, Yvonne Pohar, Greg Manuck, Todd Manuck, Jeremy Shuster and Matthew Shuster, his great grandchildren, Devyn Pohar, Sage Manuck and Summer Manuck and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, April 24th, 2008, 10 a.m. at the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church, 472 East 8th Avenue, New Westminster, B.C.
The family invites everyone to a reception at the Church Hall immediately after internment. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
