STASHYN, William (Bill), age 90, passed away Wednesday Jan 11, 2012 at Peace Arch hospital. Survived by sister Ethel and brother Marshall, 3 children: Ron, Nadine (son-in-law Bill) and Jamie (daughter- in-law Cathy). Also 6 grandchildren and 3 greatgrand children. Born in Chipman, Alberta in 1921 he eventually made his way to B.C. and married Mary Oleksy in 1947and set up residence in Surrey, BC. After being predeceased by his wife in 1986 he moved to South Surrey where he enjoyed his final years.
