A popular bike to steal

My Grandson’s bike, a Diamond Back, green in colour, was lifted off the patio.

I am writing to inform all your readers that property theft now takes place in the early daytime hours – like, 8 a.m., in Cloverdale.

My Grandson’s bike, a Diamond Back, green in colour, was lifted off the patio and the criminal was seen leaving by a neighbour.

This is a year since a thief lifted another bike of equal type. Maybe the same person, who knows. So if any of your readers have relatives that suddenly come home with a bike as above, question it. There is a file at the police station. Call them. Perhaps my grandson will get the bike back.

Oh, and in case this idiot can read a paper, don’t come back a third time, they are only offering a trike.
