Yes, get the cameras out. I have never been so disgusted with the garbage that has been dumped in various spots throughout Surrey.
I live next to Hawthorn Park and have noticed in various spots around the park, dumping comes easy for some people. Or plants or trees go missing. What a lovely park. It is worked on every day and is really nice in there.
But garbage and vandalism is bad. The lagoon for the wildlife, like ducks and their babies, is being confronted with toxins dumped into the water. The fowl were spending time on the shores but some are now dead. It has cleared up some but you can still smell some toxic odour near the water.
