I volunteered to help out at a concert recently at the Firehall Centre for the Arts.
I was very impressed with the smooth turnarounds between bands and the audience of mainly teenagers. They were polite and just out to enjoy themselves in a civilized manner.
Congratulations to the Delta Arts Council for hosting an event like this. Some of the parents came to support the young people as well. They should be applauded too. That sends a message of good support to the teenagers and young adults.
