As a member of the Surrey Police Board, Semiahmoo First Nations Chief Harley Chappell’s actions are reprehensible and despicable.
I am referring to a recent photograph of him with two Hell’s Angels. Why wasn’t there a check done on him as well as the other appointed board members?
Chappell should be removed immediately and the current Surrey Police Board should be disbanded because there is no transparency.
