It is obvious that letter writer Mr. Dela Cruz never rode the interurban tram in the Fraser Valley. It travelled at close to
50 mp/h, and was a very efficient way to travel in those days.
He seems to be interested in spending transit dollars that we do not have. Surrey would do well with light rail.
