Lives are on hold

Why has it been so quiet in regards to the Devon Allaire-Bell tragedy? Our lives as parents stalled on April 24 and the people that drastically altered our lives are still out there.

Have we become that de-sensitized to tragedies such as this? We have made our pleas both in the Sikh temples and on TV and still nothing.

I know the police are still looking but it is hard to believe that someone else does not know. The silence within the community has been resounding.

Has our sense of community deteriorated that much? Did people not see the arrogance displayed by the animals that did this? Look at us and ask what have we become.
