Mother and baby girl destined to do great things

A life is a life that must be protected, no matter what the gender.

Thank you for the sad story of Satnam and her young baby girl – this is a tragedy that should never happen in this day and age.

I am unsure if Satnam lived in Surrey or if she resides in India, but regardless of that fact, a life is a life that must be protected, no matter the sex. If this happened in Surrey, I hope that the matter will be severely dealt with and the perpetrators punished – it is a crime against two lives – that of the mother and her unborn baby, who lived through all of the abuse and trauma. That little baby girl and her mother are destined to do great things in the future.

I hope that the Canadian government will address this issue which is still prevalent in our society today.

Thank you for raising the profile of this sad situation.
