I went to the advance polling station at 7452 132 St. and was taken aback at how unkempt this City of Surrey property is.
Although this has been publicized as an advanced voting depot, its very entrance was unswept and the hedges are overgrown.
An ideal location for trick-or-treating, but the City of Surrey must believe that the voters of Surrey deserve no better.
After all, this is Newton so why bother?
