Do you not think that Mayor Dianne Watts and her quest to be in charge of a city larger than Vancouver has actually caused most of the traffic problems that she whines about?
She has energetically sought uncontrolled growth of her city because of the revenue generated by development fees, etc. without giving the infrastructure of the Lower Mainland an opportunity to catch up.
The same comment goes to the respective leaders of the two Langleys.
