• Roses to the lady and her neighbour's son who were picking up garbage in Hawthorne Park on Friday, Dec. 27. Roses to the young man's parents who are bringing up such an amazing young man for our future. Roses also to the woman who is an amazing neighbour to them. You lifted up my faith for this Surrey community.
• Rotten tomatoes for pending U.S. tariffs. We need to travel in Canada. Let the U.S.A. feel the backlash.
• Rotten tomatoes to all the people who dump used mattresses all over Surrey. Do they not realize all they have to do is make a phone call to Surrey and they will come and pick them up for free? This is a huge expense to us taxpayers.
• Rotten tomatoes to Surrey bylaw department: By the time they investigate a complaint, the addition to a home is completed.
• Rotten tomatoes to the off-duty nurse who jumped the queue at the emergency department. Being a nurse does not entitle you to put your family members ahead of others in emergency. Especially when they only had a sore throat and earache, while others were bleeding and suffering from broken bones!
