• Roses to a young woman who found my purse which I accidentally left in my shopping cart in the London Drugs parking lot. She found my daughter's cell number on my flip phone and called her. I was so pleased it was found, as I was very distressed, it had all my personal belongings in it. It is so nice to know there are some honest people in this world. So a big thank you. You are a good person.
• Rotten tomatoes to parents who keep openly broadcasting about how their children are with special needs are “autistic“. As someone who’s on the spectrum of autism, I find the word autistic to be derogatory, diminishing, patronizing, and demeaning. A person with autism is not “autistic” just as a person with cancer is not “cancistic” and if you have the measles, then we’re certainly not going to call one “measlistic.” For those of you out there that have children with special needs, call your own kids whatever you want. It’s your prerogative, but please do not call me “autistic.” No thank you. I prefer to be referred to as “neurodivergent “or “under the spectrum” or “a person with autism.” Please watch your language when talking about people with disabilities. Thank you.
• Rotten tomatoes to Chuck Bailey rec centre. It is by far the worst recreational facility in all of Surrey. That place is a garbage dump. I felt very unsafe there and no longer frequent this place.
• Rotten tomatoes to all these shiny new condos in Whalley. Trying to beautify Whalley is like putting ribbon on a piece of garbage. The homeless issue in Whalley has not been solved by these “new developments." They’re basically pushing people into Fleetwood, Guildford, Cloverdale, Newton, and South Surrey. Moving the homeless from one place to another is not going to solve the problem.
• Rotten tomatoes to hypocritical people that complain non-stop about the provincial NDP government. If people aren’t too happy with their policies regarding open drug use which caused street disorder, then why was this provincial government reelected? The ones who voted for David Eby yet do nothing but complain have no one to blame but themselves. Shame on them.
