I would appreciate some insight as to why the City of Surrey is not offering a $10 discount on rain barrels like the District of North Vancouver?
Should the city not be doing everything it can to promote water conservation? Are we not the largest city? We are definitely not the wealthy North Vancouver community.
Why should we not get the same treatment as North Vancouver? It is shameful, Surrey.
