Many, many thanks to the firefighters and paramedics who responded to my 911 call while my wife was in labour. In a situation that was terrifying and filled with chaos, they brought a measure of calm and professionalism that was greatly appreciated by both of us.
Although we didn’t make it to the hospital and our baby girl was born around the corner from our house, we wanted you to know we will never forget you and you will all be part of an amazing birth story.
