2 ripe organic Avocadoes (lightly mashed)
1 diced organic Tomato
1 Tbsp. organic Lime juice
½ tsp. Himalayan sea salt
White pepper to taste
1 small clove of organic Garlic, minced
¼ organic red Onion, finely diced
Gently combine all ingredients and serve. Goes great in a lettuce wrap for lunch!
